This vintage hanging decoration features a smiling Leprechaun Face, with an art-tissue beard, which you attach.  This happy fellow is wearing a hat with "Happy St. Patrick's" printed on the band and 3 shamrocks above the hat band.  The decoration is easily assembled, opens full found, printed on both sides and measures 14".  This is new in the package, is from 1984, and is no longer in production.
