Take a trip back to the 80's with this "80's Girlie" Costume. This cute halter dress is black with a raised chenille pattern. The dress has a padded bust and zippered back. The skirt is two-tier with a netted ruffle around the bottom tier and a partial poly satin underskirt. The waist has elastic, has sewn in ties, and it also has grommets and lacing in the front. This costume fits up to a 14/16.
