Politique d'expédition

Order Processing: 

Generally, Standard Ground orders are processed and shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 2:00PM EST, however, please not that normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days. (Monday-Friday) 

Shipping Cost:

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order", "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option that you select. 

Shipping Delivery:

The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground 4-6 business days), Second Day (2 buisiness days), Next Day (1 businsess day). Businesses days do not include weekends or federal holidays and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. (Some items can only be shipped via ground to the contiguous United States.) Please not that some orders may arrive in multiple packages. 

Standard Ground:

Orders delivered withing the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4-6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2-5 days for delivery and may be subject to an additional delivery fee. 

Second Day: 

Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders withing the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00AM EST on a business day and should arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST will be processed on the same day but may not ship until the following business day and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for customers in Alaska, Hawaii and international countries. 

Next Day:

Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00AM EST on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST will be processed on the same day but may not ship until the next business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders much have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are elligble for expideted delivery. This method is not available for customers in Alakska, Hawaii and international countries. 

Title to Products:

Purchases of product through Caufields.com are subject to a destination contract, This means the risk or loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address and Caufield's is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.
